Spring audio video that
works as one system.
Spring projects often begin with a system that mostly works but has accumulated network, programming or audio problems over time. We separate those issues before proposing upgrades.
Our point of view
A service call should produce understanding—not just a new equipment list.
We trace intermittent control, audio dropouts and source failures through the actual signal path instead of assuming the oldest component is the problem.
When upgrades are justified, they are planned to improve daily use as well as performance—better room naming, simpler remotes, cleaner source logic and more dependable network behavior.
Whole-home audio is evaluated zone by zone because one failed amplifier channel or wiring issue should not force replacement of an entire system.
Theater improvements are prioritized by what the room needs most: speaker geometry, bass control, display performance, acoustics or calibration.
Designed as one system
The room, the infrastructure and the interface have to agree.
Beautiful performance comes from hundreds of decisions working together. We pay attention to the pieces people see and the engineering they never should have to think about.
What gets considered
Performance lives in the details.
01AV service + diagnosis
Control4, Crestron, Savant, audio and network troubleshooting with a repair-first approach.
02Whole-home audio repair + upgrade
Zone-by-zone diagnosis, amplification and speaker coverage improvements.
03Home theater
Targeted upgrades based on the room’s actual acoustic and video limitations.
04Smart-home programming
Clean up interfaces, source logic and automation routines that have grown confusing.
05Network reliability
Fix coverage, switching and device-management problems that affect the AV system.
06Lighting integration
Scene and keypad improvements for existing and expanded systems.
The Obsidian standard
Built to perform.
Built to live with.
We do not treat the finish line as “equipment powered on.” The job is complete when the experience feels natural, sounds right, and can be supported after the installation crew leaves.
