Obsidian Audio Video uses the contact information you submit—such as your name, email, phone number and service details—to respond to your request and provide AV services. Do not send passwords, alarm codes or account credentials through this website.

Website analytics

Google Analytics 4 measures website visits, engagement and contact actions such as business phone-link and email-link clicks. A phone-link click is not a confirmed telephone call. A contact-form lead event is recorded only after our form provider confirms acceptance. We do not intentionally send the names, email addresses, phone numbers or message text entered in the form to Google Analytics. Analytics may use cookies and technical identifiers; browser privacy controls or blockers can limit collection.

Contact requests and site delivery

FormSubmit processes your contact request and sends it to our business inbox. Cloudflare provides website delivery and security. These providers and Google process data under their respective policies. This website does not operate its own contact-form database, but the providers and our business email system may retain information needed to process and respond to your request.

Obsidian Audio Video respects your privacy. We collect contact information you voluntarily provide — name, email, phone number and project details — solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries and providing AV design, installation and service.

Contact form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, a form-handling service that transmits your message to our email inbox. Form data is not stored on our servers.

Contact forms are processed through Formsubmit, which sends submissions directly to our email. Form submissions are not stored on our servers.
