When you use the website request form, the information and optional attachments are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery provider, so the request can be emailed to Obsidian AV. You may instead contact us directly by phone or email if you do not want to use the web form.

We retain inquiry and project information only as reasonably needed for service, recordkeeping and legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information, subject to records we are required or permitted to retain.
