A control problem can be a network problem. A dead room can be routing, power, programming or hardware. We trace the system, preserve what still works, document what we find and build a practical path back to reliability.
We charge for diagnosis because it takes time and expertise. But we do not quote replacement equipment without first understanding the actual problem.

Yes. We specialize in takeovers — systems installed by other AV companies that need service, reprogramming or upgrading. We document what we find, preserve what works and build a practical recovery plan.
What are your service rates?
We charge a diagnostic fee for the initial assessment, then provide a clear quote for any needed repairs, programming or equipment. We do not quote replacement equipment without first understanding the actual problem.
Do you offer ongoing service contracts?
Yes. We offer service contracts for both residential and commercial clients — with priority response, remote monitoring and scheduled maintenance. Contact us for details.
Can you upgrade my old Crestron or Control4 system?
Yes. We upgrade legacy Crestron and Control4 processors, touchpanels and programming to current platforms — often without replacing the entire system. We assess what can be preserved and what needs replacement.
